The Penthouse

This brand new penthouse apartment, with nobody above you ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay, is located on the Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort which is a secure and safe gated community of approx 2,600 dwellings. The apartment is in a quiet location, only a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse, town centre, supermarket and pharmacy.

One of the largest on the resort, the apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with air conditioning/heating, double glazing, a flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV, and an iPod docking station. An internal telephone allows you to accept incoming calls, call other apartments, the clubhouse, bars, restaurants and other Polaris services.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

The two bedrooms (the apartment sleeps six, including a double sofa bed) have large single beds with the new Tempur mattresses that not only provide the most comfortable nights sleep, but also help to relieve and prevent back pain, aching joints and circulatory problems. There is a south facing, spacious terrace with a large table, six chairs and a parasol.
